Super Admin can't receive incoming intercom attempts

Message, "this user does not accept intercom calls at this time" when attempting to intercom the Super Admin extenstion from any other phone in the office.  We checked his settings online and this is enabled.  We disabled and re-enabled to see if that helped.  No dice...any suggestions?

We had this happen to us, I had to call support.  We actually had to factory reset the super admins phone, and that worked, and re-prevision it.

seems like it should be a simple access to the super admin's extension, not sure why you would have to start over from scratch for that type of feature to work.

According to support, it was a issue within the RC system. As it worked fine the day prior

Thanks for the help Rob...we simply rebooted the phone and now it is working.
