Support of Yealink T58A phones

We recently implemented new Yealink T58A phones through a local provider, then switched to RingCentral because of their ability to integrate with Copper, However, you don't support these phones. We had to manually provision all of the phones and lost a lot of (basic) functionality that we previously had. Please consider supporting more Yealink phone models.

Hi Jerry, I have 25 of these phones and want to move to ring central. What functionality have you lost?

Hi Matt, When our phones were previously provisioned through the local provider, we were able to see who was on their line right on our phone home screen - we can no longer tell if someone is on the line; we had a Park button and no longer have that functionality so we have to blindly transfer calls; several of our phones only show a couple of employees as opposed to all of them (not sure why this is - could be our fault?). Can't figure out how to update the time from 24 hour to 12 hour option - has to be manually provisioned as well. On a positive note, we have gained some of this functionality back by using the RingCentral desktop app - which is pretty cool.

Hi Jerry, I made the switch. Like you we are dead in the water with caller id. We Cant see who is calling. Theres a setting in the phone that will do consultative transfer. You have to manually set it. There is also a setting for the time. What firmware are you on? My address book doesnt work at all. It will be great if RingCentral can add Yealink T56A and T58A onto their supported desk phones soon as we have some customers who would like to use these 2 phones.
