I am able to text others via the RingCentral Mobile App in different languages - including Russian dialect. I have an iPhone and added the Russian keyboard and successfully sent a message to another user.
Are you referring to something different? Do you have screen shots you can provide?

I am texting my customers in russian letters, but they do NOT receive anything. Would really like cyrilic support for SMS to go out using softphone.

Just to be sure, I tried to text from my wife's IPhone 7 Plus / T-Mobile with the RingCentral Mobile App installed to my phone (see above) - nothing went through.

It looks like cyrilic SMS is going to other softphones just fine, but does not go to cellphones/smartphones. 99% of my customers are russian speaking and I really need this feature.

Hey Dmitriy,
Basically, the Russian Language Keyboard works perfectly between RingCentral Users but for some reason, it's not when an RC User sends an SMS to an outside number. This is unexpected behavior and needs to be investigated by our team. So, please open a case so we can gather samples.

I've opened the case twice and all I get is promisses that there will be a solution, but so far nothing for over 6 months.

Hey Dmitriy,
When you open your case, please include JIRA INT-12 in your case notes so that we can properly route it. Once a resolution has been found, you will get an updated email from your case.
