Tag a Description for an Incoming Call - Hotline

Within our company of 80+ people and several Call Groups, Shared Lines, etc.

Is there a way to "tag a description" to know that a certain call is coming in from a specific Hotline?

I know the current way would be to edit 'Incoming Call Information' and create our own internal numbered code to attach. I believe improving on this current system is ideal so that we wouldn't have to basically memorize and decode on the fly (perhaps even during another call) those codes and have to create our own "key" to decipher it, then implement it company wide. 

Having a character limit would be fine here.

The Bridge Operator Console provides for users to see which call queue (Call Group) a call is coming from. You can find it in the AppGallery.

@Lesser - You can also configure your extension(s) to show the number that's being called instead of the (caller's) Caller ID.
