TAPI died with Windows XP. What are you wanting to accomplish?

I will partially agree, I have not seen or used a modem since the 90’s . But there are still applications out there that have and or store phone#’s and it is a one click process. If there is a Tapi driver. Now days most programs are web or cloud based, even some of those still have code in them for a Tapi driver. My office has to call on average 30 patients a day. A one click can save a lot of time.

I don't use Windows myself, but I am pretty sure there are a couple ways to dial with the desktop app.  Chrome extension is one option, but maybe limited a bit.  Another option is to copy a number to clipboard and press a hot key to dial on the desktop app.  Have you tried either of these?  Where are the numbers you are clicking to dial stored?

None of those work. It actually quick er to manually enter the#

They are located in my Pratice management software. The # is highlighted as a link, which if you click on it it is trying find a Tapi driver. You can not copy it only click on it.

Can the practice management software be customized at all? Maybe to make phone numbers tel: or callto: links?  If you really want to make this work, I'll bet someone over at https://devcommunity.ringcentral.com/ringcentraldev could find a way.  Assuming you are willing to pay for some development (or learn).
