Template After Hours Option

  3. A high level description of the product or feature being requested: User templates option should have option to set the user and after hour settings for messages and notification tab.
  4. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature: easy template application not just for user hours but also for after hours
  5. Benefit of such feature:
  6. Include any related case number if applicable

Thank you for your request. Currently there is not an option for a template to be used for after hours. We will keep this idea and feature request open for possible future implementation.
