We have more than 600 users in
close to 250 franchised offices in the USA and we are constantly adding users to our
different locations. One way to keep the setup simple is by using templates for
users in each and every one of our locations.
Since we switched to the multi-level multi site feature we are no longer able to set phone numbers for different locations as outbound caller IDs
We were told that at this point all we can do is to submit a feature request.Setting up users for so many locations is time consuming and templates used to be very helpful.
