We've used Ring Central for nearly 3 years. Initially the customer service was fantastic. Questions were understood and responded to quickly and appropriately. Over time, however, the customer service experience has deteriorated to the point that we are changing our telephone service provider. Even the cancellation process was a hassle, especially being required to talk to multiple representatives. Rather than try to address our concerns, the representatives were more focused on reiterating the cancellation terms of the service agreement. Everyone out there should be aware of their cancellation date and plan accordingly if you are interested in cancelling.
