The SMS/text feature needs an auto-response feature for our business. Not having this feature creates a liability for our organization and stress for our staff. We inquired about just shutting off text altogether and were told that doing so still wouldn't generate a response to the client/sender. I can write much more about the needs and use-cases if needed.
