Text-To-Speech Features Advanced

Hi, I have been playing around with your text to speech feature. It was not bad. I wonder if RingCentral has plan to acquire other TTS companies (e.g., https://www.naturalreaders.com/online/) to further improve the sound quality, speed, male/female, etc.

Also I noticed that TTS is not available for announcement-only extension. I had to use an IVR menu as a work around.

Even cooler, if the Prompt Library can support TTS ---> Prompt, so that we can re-use the prompt. That may be more convenient for the customers. This way customers can have a central location to modify the prompt as needed and don't need to go into each IVR to modify the TTS.

Not a complaint, but I am super excited to use your technology!

Work around for paragraph 2 & 3:
What I did was set up a temp IVR.  Then I entered the TTS information; temporarily pointed a DID to the IVR; called the number, recorded the call through my extension.  Downloaded recording (and made edits with WAVE EDITOR).  Saved it to the prompts library.
