Texting won't go through

Texting from desktop app I'm getting this error message: Message is not sent. Message cannot be sent. You previously sent messages using another phone number.
I only have one number? And I can't text from my extension?

That depends upon the type of computer and program you have. I'd suggest doing a Google search
