The call quality is so bad, no one can here me when sitting right in front of my computer. I've tried all of our PCs & we have the latest technology. Ringcentral Desktop & Mobile is so heavy on the computer, that if you leave on all day, everything runs extreme slowly when we have more than adequate amounts of RAM & hard drive space. Almost every program or Ringcentral has to be ended which defeats purpose of having the phone-we are entirely virtual & solely relying on your systems to work.
