Hi, Saadet. I already fixed my problem, though I am not sure it won't occure again. Now I have two another problems: 1) I can't enter your HELP CENTER - I got here only through your answer by my e-mail. This problem is lasting for two days already, since my first question had been put to you. 2) When I'm speaking on the phone, I hear beeping in my headphones every 14 seconds - it's too irritating, maybe there are some limits of time, I don't know, or I should change smth. in the settings. The problem doesn't disappear with the change of headphones. Thanks.

Can you explain what's happening when you try to enter the Help Center? Please post screen shots - those are always helpful :)
Do you have automatic recording set on your account? I believe the beeping that you're hearing has to do with that.

Hmmmm....that's strange! I've never heard of anyone having this issue. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies?
