I’ve been using RingCentral’s fax service, and have been having difficulty uploading files to fax directly from my computer (as opposed to from Dropbox). RingCentral's tech support was incredible with follow up, almost to the point of being annoying. We eventually narrowed it down to using Bitdefender antivirus, but what was really great was even after the ticket was closed on the issue they emailed me a fix offered by Bitdefender. Usually tech support is so disappointing I don’t even try it. This tech support was right up there with the best I've ever experienced.
