Mobile App: Additional Mobile App Features

One thing I've noticed in reading customer ideas about features they suggest is how personal the requests are for what they are trying to accomplish. I am no different. My guess is that the more mainstream requests are the ones taken under consideration and planned for implementation. I can say that RingCentral has done a good job of implementing features that are useful to me. My thanks for that. 

What prompted this note is as I sat at my desk taking care of business I realized how much of what I was doing was taking place on a mobile device rather than on my computer. I have 3 suggestions/requests to make that would enable me to be totally free of a desktop 99% of the time. Two of the suggestions I have brought up before, but mention them here because they are relevant to the discussion.

1) Enable the ability to listen to call recordings either in the mobile app or via mobile search engine.

2) Enable caller ID to show the Name of the call queue, not just the number called.

3) Enable split screen usage of the mobile app in iOS 9 on iPad.

These 3 things alone would turn my business on it's ear with flexibility. Thanks for listening.

Thanks for posting your ideas.  For #1, above, one method that you might use is to install a flash supported mobile browser.  We have several users that use the Puffin browser for this: https://www.puffinbrowser.com/index.php
