To the developers. The new meeting set up sequence is very badly flawed. Apparently you have partnered with a new company Zoom. You never notified your customers or trained your level 1 tech staff about the additional steps that we need to take to set up a meeting. I have not been able to use my meetings for many weeks as a result. Furthermore, once I did get proper instruction your code has bugs and still is not working as intended..Primarily I click on schedule meeting-->fill in details of the meeting-->click schedule--> get a calendar with nothing on it--> have to have ring central meetings installed on that email address page-->if it is I click on the Ring central Icon--> have to reenter the time and day and the time does not work-->click invite participant(s) and nothing happens. It is an intermittent bug. I cannot repair it so have to report it. The repair takes up to 3 weeks. That is unacceptable. Also You need to eliminate the step that shows the calendar and go straight to the invite page. I own a software company and plan and design software for our customers. You need a better UX and UI for this task.
