When calling certain numbers (702 733-0122) from our Ring Central phones we hear some sort of a connecting tone before we start hearing the ringing. I have been able to repeat this issue on the mobile app as well as the desk phone and have rebooted the desk phone.
Hey Nate, we added this quite a few years ago. Simply put, the bubble tone is there as a placeholder (instead of silence) to let you know we are in the process of connecting to the other caller. Once the connection has happened, then you will hear the regular ringtone (or whatever else the recipient has on their end).
