Touch tones are not working between Ring Central and Shoretel

When users here call our partner the touch tones are not registered. Working with Ring Central they had stated that they had tried it in their office and out of 10 lines 7 were not working (in Ring Central's office).  There is some issue with the connection between Ring central and Shoretel

Both US accounts. This affects all phones on our environment and we have tried updating firmware and factory restarting the phones.

There is no update, I had a case and they told me that I should put a post here as a feature request but pretty much told me that I was SOL and it may get fixed eventually but not to hold my breath.
