Tracking Who's in the Office

I am the front desk and a big part of my job relies on knowing who is in and out of the office at all times. It would be wonderful to have some kind of integrated board where we can check in as in the office or out as out of the office. For our particular business it would be extremely helpful to allow me as the front desk to be able to manually change the status of each person if they do forget to check in or out and I notice.
