Ability to tranfer the call from the Softphone to Deskphone to use the speaker fascility. Can help for training and sometimes to include the whole room to the ongoing conversation on the Softphone.

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking about. I have a microphone and speakers on my MacBook Air so I can use that in a conference room, or plug in a headset when I want privacy.

However, if you want to use a desk phone after answering a call on your computer, there is already a feature called "Flip" which is used to transfer an existing call from one device to another. I use it all the time. For example, answer a call on my desk phone, then "flip" it to my cell phone when I have to leave to go home while continuing the call. Another typical use for me is when I answer a call using my cell phone at a coffee shop, but then realize that my battery is almost dead, so I "flip" the call to the softphone on the computer.

I tested this feature extensively by myself before trying it on a call with a client. It works perfectly for me sending calls seamlessly between a desktop Polycom phone, the MacBook Air softphone and my iPhone.
