I know the call duration displays in the salesforce connector as you are on the call. We would like that transferred to the call log notes on save. Is that possible? Can that feature be added?

Hi David, I'm not sure if you are still working on this, but I did get confirmation that the call duration gets saved to the log when the call ends. It's in the Call Duration field which you may have to add to the Task page layout.

If you do need to do this here are the steps:

Go to Setup. Then go to Customize - Activities - Task Page Layouts and edit the page layout - on the top you'll see some fields you can drag onto the page, and Call Duration will be one of them. Drag that on, save the page layout. Now go look at a call log and voilà, call duration is there.
Another way to see it is to click the My Calls Today link on the integration, that'll show all the calls this user has made today along with their durations.
