The highest level of concern you have, then add infinity.

Is there a way to convert our contacts from the old ring central app to the new ring central app? Ive been told that the old app will be discontinued in March, this will be a major issue for our company. We have between 600-700 contacts. The time it would take to manually input these into the new app would be a deal breaker for our company. Please, come up with a way to convert these contacts to the new app or extend the old app until this is a possibility.

Hi Mike,

Can you clarify if you mean moving contacts from the Phone app (phono icon) to the Unified RingCentral app (R icon)?

Yes, that is exactly what mean. We uploaded all of our business contacts into the phone icon app because you have outlook integration on that app. You do not have on the new ring central app. We were told that the phone icon app was being discontinued in March. This will create a major problem for our company and I'm sure many others.

I confirmed with product that currently we don't support this feature, but the plan is to build it in the second half of 2020.

It is ludicrous that the new app does not have this contact integration. I have been storing ALL of my contact information on the RIng Central phone app.

How the heck am I supposed to conduct any business, when I can't even tell who I am calling any more?

I cannot believe that you are disabling an app without providing equivalent functionality on the new app. This is a disaster.

If I need to re-do all of my contacts, I might as well just find a new VOIP provider.

But I was told your getting rid of the phone icon app next month. All of our contacts will be lost and we will have to manually put in these numbers into your new app. We have 600-700 contacts. The down time and man power to do this is a major cost to our company. You should keep the phone icon app up until you have addressed this issue with transferring contacts.
