The email that notify the transfer request is not including the Case # or the phone # involved, so when you have several requests, the account number it is not enough, it is hard to know what is the real meaning of an email like this:

Account Number: (yyy) xxx-xxxx 
Service Plan: RingCentral Office Standard 20 line

Dear RingCentral Administrator, 

Congratulations, your Transfer Request in this account has been successfully transferred to your RingCentral account. If you have not already done so, please log in to your RingCentral account and configure this number to enjoy all the features offered by RingCentral.

Sincerely, 

Number Transfer Team

So it is very important to include in that template email, the phone(s) number(s) and the Case #

I just got other notification a few minutes ago, and does not show the case involved again... This is something really simple be corrected by the team of programers, it is just to add the rigth field < case number > to the email template...

Thanks and I agree. If you are porting multiple numbers this would be nice. Our Product Team will review this.
