Transferring call from one extension to another extension within the Limited Extension

Why is the  transferring of call/s within limited  extension is not working? Well, main number  is assigned  to extension 101 to be forwarded  to limited extension, if one of the limited extension answered the call and  the caller would like to be  transferred to another  extension within the  limited extension it is not working, either press ## + exnt number or transfer soft key/button in the Polycom device. this applies to all devices assigned under limited extension and yes all phones are purchased  from RC. any idea? How do we move the  devices from limited extension to be assigned to user extension.?   thank you

Hi Nikki, could you define what you mean by limited extension?

I have not heard that term before

Have you verified that the user is properly Transferring the Call based on the type of phone they have?

So the call comes into a Limited Extension and then is transferred to another Limited Extension? Is that correct?

What happens when the Limited Extension transfers a call to a regular User with a full Digital Line?

The call is  connected to the main 101 exnt where the calls are  received by one of limited extensions with  Digital Line, once the call was answered by one of the limited extension and caller wants to be connected to one of the limited extension, by pressing ## +exnt # or the  transfer soft  key on the  polycom device, none of it working
