transition phase

I am still in the transition phase - currently am forwarding 2 land lines to RC lines. The land lines are sent to voice mail when both are in use, but now with them being forward the call is either dropped, line is busy, or it tells the customer that the lines are busy and then drops the call. What can I do to fix this for this time? Surely someone else has had this problem.

If you are not ready to port your numbers to RC yet then you should call your current provider and ask them adding additional call forwarding paths.  It sounds like they only allow one call at a time to forward.  You might also ask them if they can call forward busy to voicemail as another option.

I tried the call forward busy, but cannot get it to work.  :(

Hey Diana,

I would suggest following up with your Account Manager regarding your transition phase. They should be able to provide some insight and advice.
