This sucks. I signed up for a trial and only when I tried to assign a telephone did I find out I can only use a softphone client during the trial, which is not what I want or need. I tried to cancel my account and was given a US # to call and I'm on hold despite being told there's zero wait time. If this is how Ringcentral treats new customers then I'm out of here, this is awful service. Goodbye.
