Troubleshoot: I hear Mailbox is Full when Calling a User

Scenario: When I call Lise Smith’s extension I hear, “Hello. The mailbox is full. Thank you for calling. Goodbye.” What’s going on?

If you find yourself in this predicament there are a few things that you can check before Contacting Support 

1) Be aware that there is a 200 limit for voice messages on an extension. As an Admin you can verify if this is the case by logging into the account, going to the User tab, then find Lise Smith’s extension. For this example, Lise has 0 unread messages out of a total of 1 message in her inbox.

2) The second thing to check would be to see if Lise has blocked any calls on her extension. One of the responses for when a number is blocked is, “Hello. The mailbox is full. Thank you for calling. Goodbye.”

* Note: If you hear this message when calling a toll-free number on the account, it is most likely due to your account running out of calling credits. If that is the case, you will want to contact support if you don't already have Auto-Purchase turned on your account (which is highly recommended so that you don't have an interruption in service).
 
I have zero messages on my message box and I never had billing issue but I still have same problem. I called to support center but they are closed. Please help me out.
