Scenario: Callers hear the message “We are experiencing a technical problem, please try your call later. Thank you for calling, goodbye.” What’s going on?

Most likely the issue is the number callers are dialing is connected to an IVR menu that does not have a recorded audio prompt or text-to-speech prompt added. To resolve this, you will want to add a custom audio prompt or text-to-speech prompt to the IVR menu extension.
