Troubleshoot: User has not Received their Welcome Email

Scenario: I created a new User and they haven’t received their Welcome Email. What’s going on?


If you find yourself in this predicament there are a few things that you can check before Contacting Support.
      
1) Verify the Email address– look for misspellings/typos in the email address


2) If the email is correct you can Resend the Welcome Email


3) Once you've resent the Welcome Email, check Spam/Other Folders in the Email Account

I have tried all of this but my users are not getting their emails

Hey Matt, I would check with your IT to make sure that your email server isn't blocking any RingCentral domains. Otherwise, you can check with Support to see if it's something on our end :)
