Call recording: turn off automatic recording on per call basis

It would be really great to be able to turn off call recording on a per call basis. For example when we are phoning banks and credit card companies obviously none of us want these calls recorded it's something that should be addressed without delay.

I agree 100%! Let the user be able to press *9 to stop automatic call recording on a per call basis!

This was first suggested 3 years ago.  It reflects very poorly on Ring Central that this still hasn't occurred.  Please get to work

i believe this is fix now.  have been working with RC to make it work under our acct.
