Turn off Dial by Extension on IVR

Hi,

Is it possible to disable call by extension number on an IVR?

For instance... we have calls coming through from the IVR to extension 22, because customers press 2 twice?

WE like that feature if they make any changes, Please make it an option not everybody wants this turned off.

i don't necessarily want this feature disabled, as much as i would just like an "action" added to "do nothing" or "give invalid selection greeting".  i'll gladly add the key press for each IVR that i want to disable the dial by extension on.  this is a major problem for me right now because i have an IVR that we have removed option 9 from completely...  and now whenever someone presses 9 because they didn't listen to the prompt they get sent to one of my message only extensions.  this has created hell for me this week and there's not even an option to forward the press back to the internal IVR... i have no solution.  HELP

as an attempt to self resolve... i had created a fake call queue extension, and sent the options that no longer exist to this extension...  the extension hours are basically 15 minutes from midnight to 12:15am...  with unconditional after hours forwarding sending the calls back to the IVR.  i copied the system generated invalid key press greeting and added it as a greeting to this extension...  this gives me the results i want, but this is dumb.  just make it an option for me to send it back to the ivr or as suggested above, "do nothing".
