Two office "locations" but one office is actually handling the calls

We opened up a second location but we combined the staff into one group. I have both of the office main numbers but I can't seem to set it up where when someone calls either number they get the same office reception, staff extensions and directory.

Do you use IVR/Auto Receptionist? If so, go to Phone System > Auto-Receptionist > IVR Menus. Click the underlined name of your existing menu. On the first page that opens, there should be some sort of "Add" button under the direct number section. We don't use IVR, so we don't have a number there already, otherwise I'd take a screenshot.

We live answer and have assigned numbers to our queues directly, but I think that's a bit different than your situation.

Hi Collin, it sounds like you need something more than the RC HUD but not quite contact center. An attendant console would provide the ability for a receptionist to answer calls for both offices and see who's who & which office, along with their availability and get a call transferred to them quickly. I might suggest looking at our Bridge Operator Console. It was designed for just these situation. You can launch from the app gallery here: https://www.ringcentral.com/apps/bridge-operator-console Anyone with an RC account can launch it and try it FREE for 30 days. If you have questions, please let me know. You can also schedule a demo here: https://www.bridgeoc.com/Lync/services/gtmdemo.htm
