Two user extensions (2 of 7) not showing up on deskphone screen (polycom 500)

I just added two new phones to my company.  I have rebooted the other existing phones but the two new user names are not appearing on anyone's phones. There seems to be plenty of slots on the homescreen, why aren't these two new phones/users showing up on all company phones?

You have to go to the phones through portal and add the new extensions under presence wherever you would like them to show up.

Can I have a step by step? "Go to the phones through portal and add the new extensions under presence" is not telling me what I need to click on, and I'm not seeing it on the screen. I can go to "Admin Portal" and click on "Phones & Devices" which might be what you mean by the first part of that instruction, but I don't see anything on the screen from there that looks like I can "add extensions to presence."
