Unable to edit existing IVE that has already been set up. You will not be able to save what you have changed.

I have always been able to change any of my IVR settings. Can you post a screen shot and/or further explain the steps you are taking and what is happening?

Hi Michael,

This should not be happening, and you should be able to edit IVR menu settings for previously created IVR menus.

If this is happening to you, I would recommend that you call into support ASAP so they can look into this issue and work towards getting it resolved.
