unable to hear messages

We are only using headsets for our admin team, however when a voice mail is left we can't hear it. is there a setting that I am missing?

The setting will be found in your sound card client.

I did that and it disabled the headset.

In the RingCentral desktop app, go to Settings > Sound and make sure it's recognizing the right device and choose it from the drop-down menu.  If is showing up here and set correctly then it would some other setting in the PC.
