Google Chrome Extension: Unable to login through Chrome

Anyone have trouble logging in through Chrome browser to account/admin portal?  Every time I login it brings up the spinning loading wheel and sits there forever.

I am able to login correctly through all other browsers (that I unfortunately never use unless I need to login to ringcentral). I currently show I have most recent chrome update. I've attempted to clear cache/cookies. Nothing worked.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks,

I have consistant problems only when I try to access call handeling and Forwarding.  Everything else works

I have Windows 10 with Chrome version Version 50.0.2661.94 m

It never use to be this way.  Any ideas on where to look to solve this would be great

Thank you

Chuck

Hi Chuck,  I haven't seen this before so I'm interested in what's going on here.  So you can access all other areas of the site? What exactly happens, or what are you seeing when you attempt to access the Call Handling and Forwarding section?

Kyle,

No problems here. I am also using Chrome Version 50.0.2661.102 m and unlike Chuck, I have no problems even with Call Handling & Forwarding.

Chuck...the only difference between your Windows OS and Chrome version versus mine is that I am running Windows 7 Professional. I wonder if the Windows 10 platform is what is causing your issue with regard to accessing Call Handling & Forwarding?

I'm on Windows 7 too and can't access any portion of the online login.  This is what I get and never progresses from there.

Kyle,

Hmmm....Sorry, I can't answer to that. I'm not seeing that at all (see below)

Did that problem just occur recently?

Again I can access that screen and everything correctly through all other browsers and my login works through all devices, apps, etc. just now chrome.

I have no other issues with chrome that i'm aware of. Only browser I use daily for work and haven't run into any other conflicts except logging into ringcentral.

I realize what you are saying. That screen shot IS the RingCentral portal on the Chrome browser just now. Just confirming that there is no issue with getting through to the portal via Chrome. If you can get through with everything else, it's obviously not your network, router, etc. so the only possibility could be our Chrome browser. It shouldn't make too much difference if it's a recent version of Chrome but is it the most recent version (just in case)?

Did this just begin occurring?

Sorry....I just re-read your original post. You do have the most recent version of Chrome. Disregard that part of my post.

[Solved}

Wouldn't allow me to edit original post, but looks like the issue has been fixed and I can now login through chrome. One of the extensions I had installed must have been blocking the login. When I disabled my chrome extensions it allow me to login correctly.

Hi Kyle,   Was it the RingCentral Chrome extension that you disabled, or was it some other extension?

It wasn't the ringcentral extension. I'm not sure which one it was because I mistakenly disabled a bunch of older ones I don't use at once and tested and it worked so I didn't pin point the problem one.
