Unable to make or receive calls at any location, Ringcentral Support Line doesn't ring from my cell either.

Unable to make or receive any calls, phones are down.  Unable to call RingCentral from any number including my cell, doesn't ring.  Obviously even the RingCentral support lines are down.

Somewhat similar issue. I have been on hold for 28 minutes trying to get through. Phone intermittently going down and coming back up. Chat support isn't answering either. Can't login into the portal either.

Took 20 minutes to get RC Support, had to try from my personal phone. They have no resolution yet and we've been down for an hour already.

We are offline too. No outbound or inbound calls but we can receive and send texts. Somehow I've been able to dial out to RC customer service but I've been on hold now for 25 min.

This looks to be bigger than just RC - outage reports for all major carriers, Google, etc.

I'd like to tell my company Ringcentral is aware of the issue and is dealing with it but I can't reach support on the phone and can't see a status on the website.

They are having a enterprise wide outage. We asked them to update their service status website but they have not. They do not have an ETA of when they will fix it.

We are down in West Virginia--been on hold for technical support for more than 20 minutes. Have to use my cell to call out. Our call center is completely down.

We were down for an hour but now back up - was unable to connect with anybody from RC. The phones came back on line while I was waiting for RC to pick up the other end.
