Unable to set greeting from Office@Hand mobile app

I have been unable to change my greeting from Custom to Default using the Office@Hand / RingCentral app on my iPhone 5s. I simply want to be able to turn off my custom greeting and turn on the default greeting when I am away from work (and vice-versa). I do not know if other people at my company have the same problem.

My account is Office@Hand with AT&T in the United States.

The Office@Hand app version is (

Here are the screenshots:

1) The greeting is initially set to Custom.

2) I select Default greeting.

3) After clicking Done this error is shown.

Anyone else having this problem?  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Joe,  Sorry for the delay on this one.  We've take a look a this and for this issue, and because it's an AT&T account, it will be best to call in and open a support case over the phone.
