Mobile App: Unable to transfer a call while on 'hold'

Cannot transfer call while on 'hold' on my RC Android mobile app. As soon as I put a call on hold transfer button grays out??!! Can RC add /enbale this obvious feature on the upcoming update. Thank you for listening.

Lots of Ringcentral user are calling to check on why they can't transfer call while its on hold using the mobile application for Android.What's happening is that when they put the caller on hold the transfer button is grayed out .Sometimes they want to do a warm transfer while callers are on hold but because of this feature being unavailable  they can't do it .Please vote for this Feature for Ringcentral Mobile App user's! Thanks.

I have the same problem. Hope they are adding this feature into mobile app soon.

I have the same problem with my iPhone and it makes it very awkward for me and the person I am trying to transfer.
