  • My RingCentral service has basically been down since Tuesday. I've tried to work with your tech support team but they have been almost no help at all. The last person I spoke to told me there is no manager higher than her that I can speak to. I have been told that your underlying carrier has made a provisioning error and it will take them 3-5 business days to review it. That could mean I am down a total of 9-11 days. This is unacceptable. I am a small business losing hundreds of dollars every hour that my phones don't work. I have left voicemails for Walt Weisner and Vlad Vendrow. I have also tweeted Dave Berman. Someone has to be able to help me. This is the worst customer support experience I have ever had. I have spent more hours than should have been necessary to bring attention to my issue but it does not appear that anyone at RingCentral shares my sense of urgency to resolve the issue. I will continue to make phone calls and begin telling my story on social media until someone in authority calls me and can get this resolved immediately. My business name is Bubble Dry Bar in your system. If I do not hear back from someone quickly, I will post this to your public FaceBook and Twitter pages and hopefully I will get a response. Your potential customers deserve to know what support will be like once they pay their money for your service.
