Unlisted keyboard shortcuts

I'm on a corporate helpdesk, received a call from a user who will inadvertently end inbound calls (that is, calls that have not yet been picked up).

I attempted all hotkeys listed in Settings, but none of them had the effect of ending/ignoring/sending to voicemail/rerouting an inbound phone call.

However, after calling myself a few times and trying multiple key combinations I determined that CTRL+SHIFT+I will ignore a call.

My questions:

1.) Where are shortcuts like this one listed?
2.) How can they be disabled?

I've searched through the RingCentral knowledge base and read through the Windows desktop app guide PDF, but so far have not found this information.

Thanks for any assistance you can provide!

@Randy Thank you for your quick responses.

I've attempted all hotkeys listed in Settings, but none of them had the effect of ending/ignoring/sending to voicemail/rerouting an inbound phone call.

The second article is for a 2012 version of the softphone app; those options are no longer available.

fast or helpful, which one do you want?  (smile).

I saw the ages, but since the second one had the ctrl-shift-I sequence that you mentioned, I mistakenly assumed it was a good list, without testing.

I'm just a user, I'll stop answering and let the smart, official, support folks chime in

LOL... Thanks for helping out Randy!   I'll remove the post above so other's aren't confused.

Chris and Randy...

Here's another trick to searching or articles.  You can use the search tool on this community to find both Community topics and KnowledgeBase articles.

Try searching for "touch tone commands". and you'll see the following results.
