Update web case process

Change "submit case" button in the web portal to change it to say "continued". Right now, it takes us to another page for articles, and then we have to select "no, submit case".  


   

We want this "submit" button to fully submit the case.  

  


Many people don't see the 2nd Submit Case option and accidentally end up not creating a case.

I'm trying to create a new online case, but each time I press NEXT it keeps on reverting back to the same page with no message or error and won't proceed. All there is, is a checkbox to confirm the contact details are correct. Even with Yes ticked the same page keeps reloading.

Can somebody from RingCentral please advise as I don't want to have to hog an extension to call support about my issue.

Please add a link from the Portal, to Open a Case... actually to open a case thru the web is a little complicated...
