Desktop app: forwarding to extension

I am aware that you removed a feature that is VERY important for ALL businesses(not just mine.) I have recently added an extension (which i pay for every month) for my softphone specifically to have calls in extensions forwarded to my mobile app when my desk phones were not able to answer.

I don't understand why you would remove such a feature and why i am paying for an extension that is useless. I can not create call queues for all the numbers(way too many numbers) on my account. I also don't see the point in grouping call queues when having multiple extensions. I would appreciate it if you add the extension softphone to the "Call Handling & Forwarding" back to the account settings as soon as possible!!!!
