US Based customer support?

Is there a way to reach customer service representatives that are based in the United States? This language barrier issue and lack of customer service from outsourced countries that i'm receiving is unacceptable.

There are advantages to working with a reseller.  Local support, Direct access to L3 support engineers and certified to configure the system to meet your needs.

My customers almost never have to contact support.

I like this system but if we need to call someone and get someone in like India for example it's hard to understand them and if they need to spell things out the call takes longer.
