  2. A brief description of the business SaaS Company
  3. A high level description of the product or feature being requested We need a way to activate accounts on behalf of  the users efficiently.
  4. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature We often have large new hire groups (50+) and need to quickly provision user accounts. Having to manually login as each user to set password/PIN and then go back and change the default email is extremely time consuming. There should be a way to do this from the admin portal and set up a password on behalf of the user that must be changed at first login.
  5. Benefit of such feature Time/cost saving.
  6. Number of Users and/or Digital Lines 1800+

2019-01-09   The option you are mentioning in your idea is coming in a future release, they just have not finished engineering it yet. They are aware for mass provisioning of Enterprise accounts the current way is unworkable and unusable.
