User Interface: Why does the Login take Multiple Attempts to work?

I added the Ring Central Log-In to my Windows start screen.  I click my start screen icon which leads me to the log-in page.  I put in my info/password and the system appears to be loading but then takes me back to the log-in screen.  I check the website which is correct and have even changed my password in hopes to speed this along.  Nothing works, I am attempting to log in 10 times a day before it takes me to my account.    I am trying through the saved icon and typing the website in directly to the address bar but still same results.  This is only a recent change; I've logged in this same way for months so I cant imagine why it is doing this.  Thoughts?

If you are still having a problem with this, try clearing your cache and cookies. 

 Hold down the following keys:Ctrl+Shift+Delete and you'll get a pop-up. Be sure to select/check Browsing & Download History, Cookies, and Cache. 

After you've cleared the history, then close and reopen your browser. 

Depending on your browser, you'll get a popup that looks similar to this: 

 

Select the boxes shown, and click "clear now"
