User Login and Logout log

We need a way to identify when users login and logout of call queues. We have multiple users utilizing the softphone app and work remotely. The system does not accurately report the user's availability report nor login/logout times. We need to be able to attain this information. If this exists and I just can't find it, please let me know. Otherwise, this is a necessity for a support call queue business with remote employees. Please advise...

I have also looked for the feature for similar reason and have had no luck. From the conversations with RingCentral Live chat, this is not available right now.
