User unable to see recordings from call queue

When a standard user has answered a call from a call queue they are not able to see the recording that terminated to that extension. I would like to be able to allow my users access to calls that they are participating in.

Check the ROLES settings for that user to make sure they have access to those recordings. I'm assuming you are using automatic recording and not on demand - right?

Within their extension, they only see the recordings they were are a party to.  However, if they know how to change to the admin tab, then yes, they will see the other calls.  I'm assuming your users are accessing the recordings through the portal - is that right?

However, if you use the RC4W APP they will only see the recordings they were a party to.

And, the same applies to the Mobile APP.

Unless there is a way to stop them from logging into the web then this solution will not work for me. As I said having normal users having the possibility to see and hear calls from the president is unacceptable. Users find a way.

I hear ya.  You know, you can block specific web sites on your network, depending on the equipment being deployed.
