Users not able to login after latest update

Hi, is anyone else's Glip team account having issues with certain users not being able to login after the latest auto-update in the last day or so (~12/12/19). 

We have users who can now no longer login in the downloaded mac/pc app and some that can also not login via the browser. 

The message: Your connection to RingCentral Office services has been lost. To restore access, please sign in again. 

I've submitted a support ticket, just wondering if others have encountered the same issue.
