This is actually beginning be be more important now that Office 365 is gaining popularity. Regardless of Dropbox or Box, there are others who do in-fact use Skydrive too for inner office sharing especially.

Hi Chris, there are some new features which you can learn more about here: http://www.ringcentral.com/office/features/office-365-integration/overview.html

What functionality with Sky Drive are you looking for?  The RC Desktop app does recognize the Sky Drive just like any other drive installed on your computer.

If you install the Microsoft OneDrive application on your computer, you can access files from your OneDrive cloud storage the same way as documents stored on your computer's hard drive.  Once you install the app, it will appear in the list like shown below, allowing you to browse for files in the same manner as if they were on your hard drive.  This process is the same for users that prefer Box, or Google Drive.

To fax from any of the Cloud storage options, you can either open the Softphone application and attache the file by browsing the folders shown above, or, you can open the file directly from the cloud storage location, choose the print option (usually File>Print) for Microsoft documents, and then from your available printers choose RingCentral Internet Fax.  When you click the Print button it will send the document to the RC Desktop application.
